Morrison Historical Society member Barry Linder noticed a need to improve the wood ramp at the rear of Morrison’s Heritage Museum, 202 E. Lincolnway, Morrison, IL. He offered to help.
Linder and six men recently teamed up to refurbish the ramp. Kudos to these volunteers: Norm Edlund, Trustee Gregory Kruse, Barry Linder, Trustee Ken Swanson, Keith Raney, Trustee Dan Vandermyde, and Trustee Harvey Zuidema. It has a smoother, secure surface and fresh coats of paint.
Take notice, when you enter the building via the ramp. The museum is open Saturdays and Sundays, from1:00 to 4:00 p.m., or by appointment. Call 815-772-8889, and leave a message.
