Phyllis R. Stralow, 88, of Morrison, IL, died Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at her home.

Phyllis was born July 19, 1937, in Sterling, IL, to Herbert C. and Ruth J. (Swartz) Bull. She attended Morrison grade schools and high school. On September 30, 1956, she married Erwin “E. H.” Stralow in Morrison. Together they shared nearly 68 years of marriage, before his passing on September 18, 2024. Phyllis worked alongside her husband, E. H., serving as Secretary for Stralow Trucking. She took pride in supporting the family business and the many friendships formed through the years. Phyllis enjoyed collecting Longaberger baskets and decorating her home with seasonal décor, always making each holiday feel special. Phyllis treasured time spent with her friends and volunteered at the local VFW.
Survivors include her daughters, Kathy Stralow of Morrison and Krista (Steve) Huizenga of Colorado; sons, Kurt (Carol) Stralow, Keith (Bonnie) Stralow, and Kenny (Carol) Stralow, all of Morrison; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; three stepgreat-grandchildren; brother, Dale (Doris) Bull of Fulton, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, E. H.; brothers, Harold (Rusty) Bull and Raymond Bull.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
A memorial Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m., until the time of the service on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at the Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home.
A memorial Service will follow at 11:00 a.m., with her grandson, Mike Stralow, officiating.
Interment will be at Lyndon Township Cemetery in Lyndon, IL.
A memorial has been established to Gaffey Hospice.
