On Tuesday, April 21, 2026, Morrison Police arrested Ashlee Rice, age 42, Morrison, IL. Rice was arrested for a Failure to Appear Warrant out of Whiteside County. She was transported to Whiteside County Sheriff’s Jail.
On Monday, April 27, 2026, Morrison Police arrested Grace Woo, age 40, Morrison, IL. Woo was arrested for Criminal Trespass. Woo was not taken into custody and was given a Court date.
On Wednesday, April 15, 2026, Morrison Police issued a City Ordinance Violation for Selling Alcohol to a Minor to Kaur Raspal, age 41, Bettendorf, IA. Raspal was given a court date.
Morrison Police issued 11 State traffic Citations since the last press release.
