Covered Bridge is Ready for Christmas

Three years ago, the Whiteside County Covered Bridge over Rock Creek was first embellished.  During the 2014 holiday season, attractive twin wreaths decorated both ends of the bridge.  Mt. Pleasant Township Supervisor Kent Shepard added rope lighting around “window” openings, which added charm to the darkness of November and December.
