Local Amish families will offer a “Haystack Dinner and Bake Sale,” on Friday, September 26, 2025, from 3:30 to 7:00 p.m. The location is the Yoder Residence, 9108 W. Lincoln Road (Routh 30), rural Fulton, IL. Carry-out food is available.
“Proceeds will benefit our Parochial School.”
A “Haystack” includes layers of edible goodness. Women will be in charge of topping your haystack with whatever prepared ingredients you choose–as you move down the serving line.
Options include crumbled Ritz Crackers; finely cooked potatoes; fried hamburger; shredded lettuce; chopped tomatoes; chopped onions.
Top off your Haystack with creamy, warm, cheddar cheese sauce; crushed Doritos; grilled chicken.
