Thursday morning, June 18, 2015, City of Morrison personnel received this message. “Jason East from Union Pacific just called to inform us that they have had a breakdown on a piece of machinery that “no one in the world makes the part for.” They are going to have to fabricate the part, causing another delay in the project of one-to-two days. He said as soon as he knows more, he will call back.”
