On Monday, October 27, 2025, Morrison Police arrested Todd Thumma, age 55, of Morrison, IL. Thumma was arrested for Driving Under the Influence. He was released with a court date.
The Morrison Police Department has issued four more State of Illinois Citations for traffic violations. The Department also handled six accidents in the last two weeks.
