Morrison Police Department reports the following Citations issued as of Thursday, July 18, 2025.
On June 26, 2025, Morrison Police issued State Traffic Citations to Jorge Gutierrez Salas, age 29, of Rockford, IL. Salas was cited for Leaving Scene of Accident, Revoked Registration, and No Proof of Registration. Salas was given a Notice to Appear.
The Morrison Police Department has issued seven more State of Illinois Citations for traffic violations.
