The program will feature Jenifer George as our Guest Speaker. She and her husband Dominic are the owners/operators of Carol’s Original Dairy Treat in Clinton, IA. They bring years of experience and passion to their beloved ice cream shop. Having met while working at Dairy Queen in high school, they have always shared a love of all things ice cream. With strong family support and a deep desire to preserve a community staple, they decided to leap and continue the legacy of Carol’s Original Dairy Treat.
The George family is keeping the tradition of delicious ice cream alive, for all to enjoy. We will have samples at the program!
The program is funded through a grant from the D. S. Flikkema Foundation and a donation from Nelson Corp.
