Michael D. Eastwood, Jr., age 26, of Chicago, IL, died on Friday, September 6, 2024, at Mount Sinai Hospital.
Michael was born April 22, 1998 in Waukegan, IL, the son of Michael D., Sr. and Tammy (Lord) Eastwood. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews.
He is survived by his parents of Morrison, IL; son, Grayson Eastwood; sister, April Eastwood of Dixon, IL; brothers, David (Aliyah Stinnett) Smith of Rochelle, IL, Chris (Ali Johannsen) Lord of Walnut, IL, and Kane Eastwood of Moline, IL; half-sister, Jordan Clark of WI; paternal grandmother, Debbie Reuter of FL; nephews; nieces; several uncles and aunts, Howard Lord, Miles Lord, Noah Lord, Steven and Valerie Reuter, Hector and Donna Campos, and Debbie Ruiz.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Kyle Eastwood and two in infancy; twin half-sisters, Amanda and Elizabeth Smith; maternal grandmother, Patricia Lord; maternal grandfather, Howard Lord; paternal grandfather, T. G. Lynch.
A Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to Noon at the McDonald Funeral Home in Fulton, IL.
A memorial has been established.
