The public is invited to Resthave Family Fun Day, on Sunday, September 29, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Resthave Care & Rehabilitation is located at 408 Maple Avenue, in Morrison, IL. Park at Ebenezer Reformed Church, 309 E. Park Street, and ride the Resthave shuttle to and from the event. Children must be accompanied their adult supervisor.

Visit with residents or share a meal on the patio.
A Petting Zoo will be the attraction that greets visitors.
Popular activities are face painting and temporary spray-painted tattoos. Hula-Hoop contests, coloring contests, relay races, and Cookie Walks will be choices for fun.
Have lunch (pork chops, hot dogs, baked beans, chips); add flavored powder to bottled water. Enjoy snacks of snow cones and popcorn.
Children and adults can play games, check out a fire engine and tractor, play Bingo (1:00 to 2:00) for prizes, and make crafts. The Magician can also create balloon art. There will be a drawing at 2:45 for a child to win a bicycle, sponsored by A+ Storage.
