The following Arrests were made and Citations issued since Friday, July 8, 2022.
Arrests: On Monday, July 11, 2022, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Morrison Police arrested Joshua J. Rusk, 38 of Morrison, IL, pursuant to two Arrest Warrants: one issued by Rock Island County, charging Rusk with Failure to Appear-Traffic Offense, and one issued by Henry County, charging Rusk with Failure to Appear-Driving While License Suspended. Morrison Police transported Rusk to the Whiteside County Jail.
On Thursday, July 14, 2022, at approximately 10:27 p.m., Morrison Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Wade C. Kaufman, age 60 of Morrison, IL, for a traffic violation on N. Cherry Street and E. Lincolnway, Morrison. As a result of the traffic stop, Morrison Police arrested Kaufman, charging him with Disobeying a Traffic Control Device and Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol.) Kaufman was transported to the Whiteside County Jail, processed, and then released with a Notice to Appear.
