On Sunday, May 30, 2021, in honor of Memorial Day, visit Morrison’s Heritage Museum, 200 E. Lincolnway, Morrison, IL. The building is accessible from the back parking lot, via a ramp. Hours are 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., on Saturdays and Sundays. Upstairs you will find several mannequins dressed in uniforms of the Armed Services. Each was worn by a local citizen; some include a photograph. Downstairs is a hanging collection of uniforms. Find the small, American flags and patriotic pinwheels dispersed around the museum.
