Clinton Community College Bickelhaupt Arboretum and Clinton Trees Forever is hosting an educational and fun-filled day at the Chicago Botanical Gardens on Saturday, July 28, 2018. The bus trip will feature Herb Garden Displays, Garden Chef Class, and herbs for sale.
Cost of the Chicago Botanical Gardens Bus Trip is $50 per person. Your check holds your reservation.
Included is transportation and admittance to the gardens. A tram tour (for a small fee) goes around the entire grounds, and there are plenty of benches to view the gardens. A gift shop is located at the entrance.
The bus will depart at 7:30 a.m. from the City Park parking lot at South and Third Street and Third Avenue South, Clinton, IA. Return to Clinton by 7:30 p.m. Lunch is available at the Garden Cafe, and dinner will be at Portillo’s before returning to Clinton, IA. Meals are on your own.
The Chicago Botanical Gardens Bus Trip is a popular trip. Don’t wait to sign up! If the bus fills up, a waiting list will be started. If you register and cannot go, you can give your seat to another person. No refunds will be issued.
