The Illinois High School Association (IHSA) and MaxPreps have officially released the 2025 Illinois High School Football Schedules for the upcoming fall season. See the schedules here: https://www.ihsa.org/sports/football/regular-season/school-list.
This year’s regular-season culminates with the postseason field being revealed live on Saturday, October 25, on the IHSA Football Playoff Pairing Show.
Playoff qualifiers will work to reach the IHSA Football State Finals on November 28 and 29, hosted at Hancock Stadium on the campus of Illinois State University in Normal, IL. Class 1A – 4A title games will be contested on November 28, with Class 5A – 8A following on November 29.
The nine-week regular season will determine the 256 teams that qualify for the IHSA Football Playoffs. As teams prepare for their playoff runs, fans, Coaches, and players can now begin tracking their favorite programs.
